Our fast-growing online media company is currently seeking a star affiliate marketing manager to join our innovative company. Platinum Group & Champ Entertainment Inc. produces digital products in everything from stock music (i.e. www.SonicProducer.com) to marketing solutions for business owners (i.e. www.Digibizpro.com ).
We have offices in New York City and the Bay Area, CA. We’ve been in business since 2005 and going strong within the internet media space.
This is a results-based position where you will be generating more sales for our products, by recruiting new and managing our existing affiliate partners. You will be given UNLIMITED potential for personal/career growth and rewarding IMPACT with us. Take part in our growth.
The position can be tele-commute for you so this means fully flexible hours and you just need reliable phone/email/web to operate the marketing work.

RESPONSILITIES
======================
* Recruiting new affiliates – this involves contacting other websites and trying to initiate partnerships with them to drive more leads and sales.
* Improve existing affiliate relationships – speaking to our existing affiliates and seeing how the relationship can be deepened, improving our presence upon partner sites. This involves phone conversations or online chat on a consistent basis.
* Setting up and maintaining cross-marketing efforts such as doing email marketing for select partners on a set schedule.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

* Extreme likeability – able to rapidly develop rapport and be-friend unfamiliar people into real relationships beyond mere business.
* Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and work independently with little supervision
* Superb, professional communication skills in writing and speaking.
* Sharp memory for people and names.
* Sincere and genuine – LIKES people.
* Already knows internet marketing tools such as Alexa, Compete, Search Engines, autoresponders, etc
* Knows basic excel and basic HTML. Highly “internet savvy”.
* Understands the affiliate marketing industry well already i.e. terminology: landing pages, etc.
* Understands critical, key concepts such as conversion in the online marketing space.
* Superb team player – must be able to coordinate with our graphics team, content production team, and customer support people.
* Detail-oriented: can read numbers and statistics
* Must be able to negotiate and close a deal at any moment.
* MAJOR PLUS: Existing contacts rolodex of affiliates in the business opportunity or work-from-home space. (Optional)
* PLUS: Attractive phone voice
* PLUS: in-depth experience with social media marketing, pay-per-click, email marketing.
